​Albert Shanker Grant for National Board Certification
As a New York teacher, we want you to be aware of the Albert Shanker Grant that will help cover the cost of you becoming a National Board Certified Teacher. If you are considering National Board Certification for the first time, you are eligible to apply for the Albert Shanker Grant from the New York State Education Department. The grant application window is open through February 7, 2025, or until all funds are allocated, whichever comes first. Now is the perfect time to apply! ​
